THE TEAM

Joyce Tsang (Director / Executive Producer) is a 7-time Emmy-winning producer and filmmaker. She is a partner behind the creative endeavors at Only Today, a B Corp Certified production company. Through pushing the limits for more impactful storytelling, Joyce has opened up opportunities to work with the likes of John Malkovich, Ron Howard, and everyday heroes for projects ranging from Super Bowl opens to eye-opening documentaries. She has traveled to and filmed in over 25 countries and her work has been commissioned by Apple, CBS, Meta, and Showtime. Joyce was raised in southern California and now rooted in the Pacific Northwest.

Hung Le (Creative Director / Executive Producer) is a Vietnamese American creative who went rogue and chose the arts—much to his family’s dismay. He co-founded and directs motion design/animation projects at BIEN. These days, he's all about "building systems and frameworks" (don’t worry, it’s cooler than it sounds).
Think that’s too nerdy? Just wait till he shows you how to level up your workflow with tasks and tables.

Ricardo Roberts (Executive Producer) is a co-founder and EP at BIEN, the inclusive motion design studio. His work lives at the intersection of culture, media, and design. Born in Ecuador, raised in the U.S., he’s built a career—and a life—on bridging worlds.
He’s equally inspired by business strategy and hip-hop, with a bookshelf full of classics, Nas on repeat, and a love for shrimp ceviche. As a two time doc filmmaker, Quad Life holds special meaning to him because of his lifelong friendship with David.

Raymond Tsang (Executive Producer) is the founder and CEO of Only Today. Whether in his role as a DP, Director, or EP, Ray believes that every story he tells has an opportunity to inspire positive change in the world; and have fun while doing it. From 30-second TV spots to feature-length documentaries, he has spent the last 14 years working with some of the largest organizations in the world in uncovering and telling those stories. In partnership with his wife, Joyce Tsang, their team at Only Today has produced films in over 40 countries and collectively awarded 16 National Emmy Awards in recognition of their team's commercial and documentary work.

Alisha Kramer (Producer) is a proud North Carolina native, is a senior producer who’s done it all—live-action, animation, documentaries, commercials, cel animation, DOOH… if it’s on screen, she’s probably behind it. Oh, and if her picture hasn’t already tipped you off—she’s totally obsessed with Corgis. When she’s not working, she’s out hunting for vintage glassware. Who knew glass could be so chic?

David Jeffers (Producer) is a passionate sound designer and music lover. In 2011, he experienced a tragic accident that left him a quadriplegic. While the journey hasn’t been easy, he has transformed this life-altering event into an opportunity for growth and impact. Formerly a full-time engineer, David has since embraced new roles as a stay-at-home dad, sound designer, and digital artist. He also serves as a peer mentor for individuals with spinal cord injuries and is an active advocate and consultant for disability awareness and inclusion.

Stephanie Yang (Producer / Editor) is a 3-time Sports Emmy-winning video editor and producer with work featured on Netflix, Prime Video, NFL Network, and ESPN. Specializing in commercials, unscripted content, and documentaries, she brings stories to life with creativity and precision.
Originally from Southern California, she now calls Oregon home.
